Let's Talk About Your Gaming License
I'm Jake Chen. Spent 8 years navigating compliance at Microgaming and NetEnt before going independent. Now I help operators cut through the regulatory noise and get licensed without burning cash on wrong jurisdictions.
What You'll Get on Our Call
Here's what the actual cost is.
I don't do sales pitches. Our first conversation covers:
- Jurisdiction fit analysis - which licenses match your business model (not which ones are trendy)
- Real timeline expectations - the 90-day estimate nobody else mentions
- Budget breakdown - application fees, legal costs, compliance tech, the works
- Red flags in your current setup - stuff that'll tank your application before submission
No obligations. No surprise invoicing later. Just 30 minutes of straight talk about what it actually takes.
Three Ways to Reach Me
Book a Strategy Call
Fastest option. Pick a slot that works for your timezone. I block mornings EST for operator calls, afternoons for application work.

Email for Detailed Inquiries
Better for complex situations or if you're 8+ hours ahead/behind EST. I respond within 24 hours on weekdays, 48 on weekends.
Direct line: jake@[yourdomain].com
Include in your email:
- Target markets (US states, EU, LatAm, etc.)
- Planned launch timeline
- Current business status (planning stage vs. ready to file)
LinkedIn for Quick Questions
Good for "is this even possible?" type questions before we dive deep. I check messages twice daily.

Office Hours
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm EST. I'm usually dark on US regulatory holidays (because so are the licensing boards).
International calls welcome. I've done 7am coffees with Sydney operators and 9pm sessions with London groups.
What Happens After Contact
The timeline nobody tells you starts here:
- Day 1: Strategy call or detailed email response
- Day 2-3: I send jurisdiction analysis + cost breakdown
- Day 5-7: You decide if we move forward (no pressure)
- Day 10: If yes, we start compliance audit and application prep
I've seen operators spend $200K before realizing they picked the wrong license. Let's not do that.
Current Availability
Taking new clients for Q2 2025 applications. Malta and Gibraltar slots filling fast (annual license windows). Curacao and US state licenses have more flexibility.
If you're targeting a specific launch date, reach out 4-5 months ahead minimum. Regulatory wheels turn slower than you think.
Ready to start? Grab a call slot or hit send on that email. I'll take it from there.
